Just announced.

Did not mean to post it under basketball ,obviously.

He'll do a good job at Kansas. I'm surprised he didn't leave last year.

Well done, TG. Lord only know who Buffalo will go after. This coaching merrygoround is the most entertaining part of the season.

How ironic would it be if Buffalo hires Werriner, seeing as how he was interviewed for the Zips plus he was the OC at Kansas, which is where Turner Gill just left town for?

Great to be off of it early on.

Sorry to hear this. Glad to see that he will be collecting an additional $6 mill to go away.
Even more glad that iCoach didn't finish 5-19 after 2 years. We probably would have given him a contract extension with that record.

So, is Turner Gill a candidate for the Zips? Would you want him to be? Just a question for the board to ponder.

He knows the MAC and has won in the MAC. The experience at Kansas only helps him.

I would certainly consider him.

It took him some time at UB. Kansas should have known they weren't getting a quick fix. We probably can't afford to give a guy like Gill the necessary time however. I'll grant you that.
