Second leading scorer....no doubt he will be back in uniform by January 8th. It looks like he won't be playing by the 8th of January. There was a pretrial hearing today and they pushed things back for 3 weeks in order to conduct an investigation. The next hearing date is 1-14-11. He was released on a $10,000 signature bond. He's not currently behind bars, therefore he is still eligible for Can't State athletics according to Can't State Athletic Department rules. -------------------- |

The Can't State athletic department is under new leadership. This is an opportunity for their new AD to show that he won't put up with that kind of crap. This decision will set the tone for his tenure at Can't State. |
