From Mike Razor's blog ...

Joe Vidovic, offensive tackle, Willoughby
Offers: Akron, Bowling Green and Ohio
Height: 6-7
Weight: 245
Speed: Not listed
Notes: Rivals.com says Vidovic's stock has soared this season. Although he only has three offers, Akron is not in his top three. Ball State, who has not offered him a scholarship, is one of his favorites, however.

Brilliant kid. Don't make your parents drive 90 minutes tops to watch you play. Make them drive six
hours. Brilliant.

Willoughby is closer to 45-50. I grew up in Painesville, east of there and it takes me an hour to visit family.

There was talk on an earlier thread about how good it would be for Ball to go undefeated even if that meant us losing in the MAC title game to them. The more a team from the MAC separates itself, the worse it is for the others. Ball has already come into the Cleveland area and gotten a few players. I would like to see them do well, but not at the expense of the Zips.

I'll root for Ball State so long as they don't play Akron. If we play them in Detroit I want to beat them by 60. If we don't play them, then I hope they win.

ball state actually did offer joe. if you look on his rivals profile it was checked off a couple days ago and he has a visit date set for ball state. its funny when a kid is trying to go somewhere better how you akron fans get mad. im sure he had ball state listed higher because he knew a offer from them was coming soon.
