I really like the format of the GoZips.com Signing Day Blog. However, some of the Player Bio Links aren't working from my iPad.

Oh, wow. Well that's extremely interesting. Thanks for the tip!

The coach is not coming. The tweet was a little unclear smile.gif

It seems as though Coach Bowden must be building a good relationship w/ K.e.n.t Roosevelt, which is good; they've been putting out quite a bit of D-1 talent recently.

And it appears the day's first signing has also brought the day's first, but surely not last, typo from GoZips.com.

Actually I believe the first typo occurred at 7 sharp in the first sentence of the blog when someone there wrote they would be getting "letters of intents." GO ZIPS.

@JZ84,
Hopefully one of our returning QB's can step up and get the job done so the 2012 QB recruits can be redshirted.

Agreed Keener! One might think Kyle Pohl wouldn't fit too well in the spread. Tyrell Goodman will probably end up at another position? There are a lot of ways this could play out.

What kind of offense did Kyle Pohl run in HS? He was a rather highly-touted 3-star QB when we signed him.

I assume Pro-Style because he was definitely listed as a Pro-Style QB by the services. That doesn't mean he can't be successful in the spread, of course.

Akron Beacon Journal sports writer and UA Athletics beat writer George Thomas has embedded himself with the staff today.

thumb.gif Gotta give credit where it's due. He's done a nice job lately.
