They are certainly choosing a dull design for its replacement...I like the old round building better. The city needs a design committee to come up with a suggested theme or some kind of design cues for the downtown area, like there is now on campus, OK Don?!?! |

OK, they got the 'photo' caption wrong and its not new (leave it to the ABJ). Still, their "serious renovations" to the exterior appear to be turning a homely building into another homely building. |
