UA associate head coach and defensive coordinator Chuck Amato was quick to get on the phone with the day's first signee. Zips fans might like to know that Chuck is sporting very fashionable gray cowboy boots.

And it appears the day's first signing has also brought the day's first, but surely not last, typo from GoZips.com.

According to TB & CA, DM will be a DE as opposed to an LB.

Curtis Black is ginormous. Being a pretty solid basketball player and with only one year of football under his belt, I think this guy's got an incredibly high ceiling. His biggest challenge may actually be keeping his playing weight down.
