Central Florida receives one year football and basketball postseason ban

Scholarship reduction as well...

Most likely not much impact against us this year, but this is a home and home, correct? Could make a little impact on the game next season...

The NCAA has a conference call at 11 a.m. today to discuss the issue.

The first game after a major distraction is always the hardest.

What's the old saying? When you lie down with dogs, don't be surprised when get up with fleas.

KD should try to recruit some players from the bball team, mainly Keith Clanton mentioned in the article. A 6-9 senior who averaged 14+ points and 8 boards a game?

Clanton has only one year of eligibility remaining. About the time he'd be getting confortably integrated into the Zips' system, he'd be outta here. May not be worth the risk of disrupting team chemistry for a one-and-done.

Well I think anyone can help.

Back to the penalties, this is no more than a slap on the wrist. I feel like an athletics-wide problem should receive very, very serious penalties. I'm not sure this will hurt them too much, especially not enough to lose to us.
