Free agent Domenik Hixon (torn ACL) says his "straight-line speed" is back to 100 percent, and that he's doing agility drills at roughly 75 percent.
Hixon, of course, is recovering from his second torn right ACL is as many years. His agent said Monday he is expected to re-sign with the Giants, though that could depend on the results of an upcoming physical. If cleared for training camp, Hixon should compete for return duties.
