  3. DE rated 3* by 247. Has an offer from Kentucky, but its old and I have to assume that they backed off. Also offered by PCCC, Tulane, and a few other G5 teams.

  5. The Zips get week off before heading into Athens to face the kittens next week. As I recall, the game is part of a doubleheader at Athens with the OU women's team to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Convocation Center with $5 tickets to fill the place. The Kittens are 11-8 overall and 3-4 in the MAC. In the MAC, they have beaten Ball State twice and Western with losses to BG, Northern, PCCC and Toledo. After a tough start, they are on a two game win streak. Redshirt freshman forward Jason Carter leads their scoring at 16/7 ppg while senior forward Doug Taylor leads rebounding at 7.7 rpg. Many in the crowd came dressed as empty seats.

  7. As far as JAR concession costs, I just read an interesting article on the price of concessions at the Super Bowl that contained the following- The stadium, opened in 2017 by Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank, is known for its low prices on beer, hot dogs and refillable sodas, and those prices haven’t changed for the big game. A regular soda, bottle of water, pretzel, popcorn and hot dog are all just $2, while nachos with cheese, waffle fries and slices of pizza go for $3. A large soda cup is $4, cheeseburgers are $5 and a chicken tender basket with fries will cost fans $6. Domestic bottled beer is going for $7 with drafts starting at $9.

  9. I'd have to bet Connor Shell is a walk on? Jaylin Bannerman looks great! Watching his film, Arizona Western had him lined up at OLB quite often, i.e., he can really move. 6'5, 240's a huge OLB. I've still got my fingers crossed for Hutch C.C. DT Jamykal Neal (6-2, 318). Super Bowl? Can't wait for Wednesday!!!

  13. have we hired offensive or defensive coordinators yet?? Not saying itll happen but Malones head coach Fred Thomas was DC at YSU for 8 years and he probably has stark county football connections. regardless of where he ends up you have to feel for the staff and players at Malone

  14. Disappointed in the finish, but man, that was a SWEET 37 minutes. Well done Groce and company in getting these guys ready to play, especially with the week off. Hats off to the boys for playing their rear ends off. Go Zips!

  15. I obviously enjoy beating Kent. It's kind of a relief not losing to your rival. But beating OU is just so satisfying.

  17. Is there a more famous and beloved halftime act than the Red Panda? If she doesn't get inducted into some sort of sports hall of fame, it will be a travesty.

  18. ... Hinds spent one year in Seattle before jetting off to play college ball at the famed Akron University, a program that developed Sounders legends like DeAndre Yedlin and Steve Zakuani. He quickly locked down the starting left back job for one of college soccer’s perennial powerhouses. But as the NCAA Tournament approached, his head coach, Jared Embick, decided to remold his talented defender into a dynamic No. 10. It paid dividends immediately, as Hinds bagged a brace in the MAC Tournament final before tallying two more goals in a first-round victory over Villanova in the postseason. ...
