timmy chang is the all time NCAA leading passer in yards, also from hawaii and got cut last year as a wide receiver...so brennan seems to be another system quarterback...its not hard to throw for 4,000 yards when you pass 50 times a game and go shotgun 5 wide....there are 2 legit qbs coming out next year and thats brohm from louisville and booty from usc. both will be first rounders but certainly not top 15-20. the browns got the 3 players they wanted coming into the draft...thomas, quinn, and eric wright...finally a shutdown corner, im not too sure how you guys can call yourselves browns fan when the kid hasn't even played a down...he is a smart, poised, and passionate quarterback, who wants to be here, i honestly don't think you could say any of those attributes for frye, except he might want to be here.....the O line is significantly better this year, and the franchise is turning around, so wait until october or november to rip savage apart

it is kinda ridiculous that as browns fans you are ripping savage apart....it will be a good thing for both frye and quinn....charlie frye is the starting quarterback, and i don't like quinn either but he is a good quarterback. this is the best browns draft since returning in '99. i would also love to see a zip succeed, but that may not be for this team...who knows....quinn should def sit at least 10 games this year though...to just understand the game

peterson would be the best pick...calvin johnson is the best player in the draft and will be very hard to pass up on, but i feel tampa will move up to #2 to get him....peterson is just a complete back. and its perfect because lewis will get 18-24 carries a game while peterson can get up to 10 a game, learning from one of the best to ever play. i believe drew stanton is the real deal....he is a 3rd rd projected pick cuz he never had anyone on offense with him...average d1 backs and receivers....the browns can get a very good qb in the 2nd and 3rd round, and if smith is there in the 4th how could you pass on him, being from cleveland...quinn will not be that good in the nfl...he won't be a bust but it will be very hard to build a team around him

#1 doug penno hit the 3 pointer, if you are talking about the one at the end...and a technical foul definately should have been called if time was added. why time was added was beyond my mind, because if the clock started late, why would they add time. yes it was a lucky shot, yes ced shoulda made his free throw (which he wasn't even close on) but they stuck around all game, everytime we had a chance to push it to double digits one of their guards would hit a three or #50 would hit a layup. in the post game interview all KD talked about was how lucky the shot was, and how life is unfair, instead i think he should have at least brought up the struggles from the free throw linejosh

last time i checked....the university website is uakron.edu and not akronu.edu...i believe akron u was put in the fight song to rhyme and make it sound better

we only beat them by 2 at home, their record doesn't reflect how tough of a team they are...they aren't a team that we can just roll over...especially at oxford. they have won 8 games in the mac...so im thinking...AKRON-72MIAMI-65

as far as the student section (AK ROWDIES)...i believe it is not right to reject students from the section. but the JAR doesn't help either, almost every other university gynasium has ALL of their students sitting in the lower decks all around, instead of 75 on one side of the hoop and 75 on the other.
