In addition, the basketball version of the football Big East is not going to be that great compared to the basketball version of the Big East after the split.There are plenty of schools in every major conference that do not win their conference but are highly regarded. This is interesting...Marshall fans said the same exact thing when they decided to move to Conference USA. It seems to be working out for them so far . In addition, to take one example, Marshall, and say that Toledo and Miami would have the same problems is not realistic. Marshall also lost their head coach and has tons of problems that Toledo and Miami do not have. It is no big surprise to anyone that Marshall is struggling. The MAC is a good fit and we are just starting to win. Lets keep this thing going, build a fanbase, build up the facilities, and once we've accomplished this, then we can start this talk. We haven't won anything in BB yet and yes, we won the MACC in football, but we didn't dominate by any stretch of the imagination. Oh, yea, DON'T FEED THE TROLL!
