Waddell, a 5-10, 187-pound cornerback, also excels on special teams, where he was the NCAA's leading kick returner for the Tar Heels a year ago. He has a 40-yard dash time of 4.37. Waddell, the 124th pick overall, joins Penn State's Rich Gardner as the Titans' second cornerback selected in the 2004 draft. Best wishes, Wad! Send Jake our best!
