Hilltopper
I was searching for some info on T Bowdens weight loss and ran across this article. It is the most comprehensive analysis of what went down at Auburn. One man rules AU football and its not the coach. Ask Terry Bowden. Dave in Green
A couple of years ago I did many hours of internet research on the Lowder situation at Auburn, including the Coach Bowden chapter. Of all the stories I read, virtually all of them were less favorable to Lowder and more favorable to Coach Bowden than this ESPN commentary. This piece appears to have originally been written in the 1998-1999 time frame before more information became available on what really went on behind the scenes. More recent stories have more focus on how Coach Bowden tried to stop the shady activities going on at Auburn, which caused Lowder to engineer his departure. There are also many stories about how Lowder was responsible for getting rid of William Muse (ex-UA president) when Muse threatened Lowder's micromanagement of Auburn. A quick internet search for Bobby Lowder and Terry Bowden will produce many more informative hits.

Actually, I still laugh when I think of that poster created when Terry got here, where it shows him holding out a football......and someone did some art to make it look like a big burger. Does anyone still have that? It's a classic.
Cykron
The new Auburn President is Steven Leath, the former Iowa State President, who liked doing things like a good ol' boy. He will fit in much better with Auburn.

Here's an older article from Van Delay sports that has a start on it. Guess it depends on whether you want to count only what they did in the MAC or the rest of their career as well. Unsurprisingly lots of Miami.
