would love to see Perry back in the MLS

without his great instincts and toughness, there would not have a been a national championship in 2010

Great find. If this happens, I might actually become an LA Galaxy fan and enjoy a match at the StubHub Center.

I attended the match at Bowling Green around Labor Day, 2010.

This was Kitchen's coming out party.

Air Superiority!

On every Goal Kick, every Free Kick for distance, every punt, every long pass was I was yelling PERRY's BALL!!!  At the top of my lungs.

Those of you who have been with me during a match know that I can be loud.

Everyone in Cochrane Stadium heard me.

And don't you know it, Perry Kitchen won the ball every single time.

Falcons. Could. Not. Stop. Kitchen.

That is when I knew that Zips had a man among boys.

wil Trapp is #27 on their list

https://www.fourfourtwo.com/us/features/fourfourtwo-usas-50-best-american-mens-players-2017-20-11?hub

Darlington is #20 on their list

DeAndre is #14 on their list

#1 thru #10 will be released tomorrow

I would expect that others on this board will have some comments....

My only comment will be that Wil Trapp should be ranked higher than Brad Guzan.

well, I lied....based on skill level now....Darlington should be ranked higher than Tyler Adams

Great sentiment from Steve Zakuani. (responses were fun, too) I wish some of our players wouldn't be in such a rush with their lives but rather enjoy the ride.

Nice comments about JLew in this article

The “Fearless” Bestie – Jonathan Lewis

When NYCFC picked the Akron winger in the 2017 draft, I immediately contacted head coach Jared Embick for the skinny on the Plantation, FL native. And Coach Embick was effusive. “Best winger in the draft” he said. “Incredible speed.” “You won’t be sorry.” And indeed he was all those things. But he was also something I was not expecting: fearless. He would run right at defenders, daring them to try to take the ball from him. That was a revelation, and one only hopes we see more of it in years to come.

Blair Gavin.....he and Ampai were two of the first to believe in Caleb and his vision

OH WOW!!  I saw the Grand Canyon women's team in August -- and noticed that one of their best players was a freshman from Green, Hannah Nichols.  She played for the Cleveland Internationals while refraining from participating with my HS alma mater.  Now I'm amazed to see that Blair Gavin was on the bench, and the HC is also an Akron grad!  I guess Blair's name wasn't listed on the one-page roster, and I wouldn't have recognized Derek Leader's name.  Blair has retired from playing now -- right?  The other connection I have on the Phoenix Rising team is former Louisville midfielder Brock Granger, who was a member of Ken Lolla's memorable 2010 squad, and a grad of Iolani HS here in the islands.

Doesn't Niko De Vera's sister play for GCU?
