“Obviously if you wanted to be a professional, Akron was the school to go to at the time,” Yedlin said. “So I'm happy I made that decision.” ...

Interesting read.

Wil Trapp, Darlington Nagbe and Jonathan Lewis are mentioned in article.

Tyler Adams is going to be a very good soccer player but I disagree with him being ranked ahead of Wil.

This writer thinks very highly of a young man (Emmanuel Sabbi) who never made it to U of A.

FS1 sideline reporter Katie Witham shared during that Jan. 28 match that New England Revolution midfielder Kelyn Rowe told her he would “run through a brick wall and a fire” for Wil Trapp.

Wil Trapp.

That's with one L and two Ps.

He should captain the USA through WC qualification.

Fine leader.

Technically flawless.

Love Wil Trapp!

I love DeAndre Yedlin too, also one of my all-time favorite Zips!

Great guy from a great family!

I well with pride every time I watch DeAndre play professionally, especially when he dons the USA shirt.

BUT, what the Hell was Yedlin thinking about during that Friendly vs. Peru?

His body entered the match, while his mind evidently did not.

@yedlinnny.

Come on, Man.

These young USA players look up to you, DeAndre.

Be the leader they need you to be.

USA Soccer needs you now more than ever.
