From Hustle Belt article: UMass’ defense has struggled so far in 2019 after looking to replace eight starters from the 2018 squad. UMass ranks last this year in the FBS in total defense, surrendering 561 yards a game on average, split almost evenly between 284 yards rushing allowed and 277 yards passing allowed.

We win by 10, as our stellar kicking game come through from 27 yards with a field goal, off the right upright but through, Kato takes a busted play around the corner for a 30 yard TD, and Riley gets a pick six....we gain 96 yards total, Final score 17-7....

My Fearless Forecast™ last week was for the Zips to cover the spread. Seeing how that worked out, I'm projecting the Zips to win but not cover the 7.

Clark, that can't happen.  The rule is "If a winner isn't determined after 8 OT's, the outcome will be decided with a coin toss."

I look forward to the first win of the season.  It will not be pretty, but it will be a close game (less than 7), weak running game (less than 90), and the low scoring option.  Go Zips.
