When a break does come, they’ll have to make a decision if education still matters. Few are talking about it but graduation rates amongst football players is decreasing. Course credits are getting lost/not accepted amongst multiple transfers.

Again, I think losing bowl games doesn't hurt a program, but winning can be used to gain traction in recruiting.

More bowls please. I'd say less playoffs, but I can't imagine being less interested. Maybe in some strange way getting those 12 teams out of the bowl picture has made the bowls better.

Pleasing everyone isn't the point of the twelve team playoff. The point is to please television executives who want to sell more advertising time geared towards drunks and degenerate gamblers. They are the ones running college football. Anyone who sat around yesterday watching all twelve quarters of that garbage could only fall into one of those two categories. It was utter trash.
