You just lost your coach to a "bottom-feeder" - got any alternative facts to counter that? Anyway, I have nothing bad to say about the Zips. But, some of you guys really need to get thicker skin.

True - but you're missing the larger point. Duquesne has a new admin and is now committed to "winning" - our bball budget is 6th (out of 14th) in the league. That's actually a major improvement. We also play our marquee games at PPG Arena - the Penguins state-of-the-art facility. I would never come on YOUR board to disparage your team - that's bush league. I'm just trying to state objective facts. So, why do u think he left to come here?

It's not like he's gonna be making a lot more at Duquesne - $1 M+ a year vs. 950K he earned this past year. It's also about at age 58, he's taken your very fine program (really) as far as it can go in your current league. Best of luck - I really hope you guys can find a coach to carry on the success.

How is this a step down exactly? Didn't realize the mighty MAC was a 3-4 bid league annually/historically like the A10. do u even follow the sport, homer? That's part of your answer as to why he bailed right there. The other part is his oft mentioned Duquesne roots.
