Thank you Coach Groce for a wonderful season. It was worth every penny to travel to Seattle and support my Zips. To the players leaving through the transfer portal the old adage applies here: Break a leg!

Well, it continues to boggle my mind that the Zips continue to draw such pathetic crowds for basketball games.
In the last 5 years, we have had three of the greatest players to ever wear a Zips uniform, yet attendance continues to be abysmal every year. In addition, we have a top 10 coach, and I do not mean in the MAC. He is a top 10 coach in the entire country. Also key to this equation is our NIL director. College programs cannot survive without NIL in place.
So, while even I am not happy with NIL dominating college sports, the minimum every Zips fan can do is purchase a GA season ticket for $65 for the entire season. That is less than $7 a game. Unfortunately, the Akron community and Zips grads within 45 minutes of campus refuse. In my book you all get a ranking of Zero (out of ten).

The first 34 minutes is how you play basketball! Actually driving and passing and taking good shots instead of just chucking up threes.
And, I'll take Marvin Gardens for $280. Dude was active and he needs to be able to score around the hoop.

So, who likes the new offense hoisting 41 three pointers up? Are all of these attempts considered good
shots? What defines a good shot in the flow of the offense?

Horrific coaching with 7 minutes to go.
Up 11 and we take 4 consecutive 3 pointers while they had no defense when we drove it for pull-up 2 pointers and offensive rebounds by James all second half. We deserved to lose!

As for the Zips logo, it's a disaster. I do not plan to purchase any Zips gear with this nonsense. My daughter's third grade class in Seattle could have created a better logo. And what is worse than the logo, is that some idiot decided to that the colors to use are yellow, white and light blue. The only colors that should have been agreed upon are navy and gold in the logo. Every person who was involved with this logo should be fired and banned from UA.
I hope Joe gets at least one more year.... and the scheduling nonsense at UA continues..Agree with GP1, replace UK with the turds from cbus is ridiculous. Toledo knows how to schedule. We are clueless!

Play that team 50 times with a 10 point second half lead, we should win 50.
I think we have more bad stretches of play than good this year.

Well said! The only fans I want to hear from are those who show up every week and we got screwed out of a winnable home game. Miller and Guthrie are a couple of clowns. I wish they would go join the circus. That 3 mil will go a long way of funding our leaders and their over priced salary, trips and other amenities. I am ever so close of not renewing my season tickets.

Well, that was a waste of 7 bucks of gas and an hour of my time. Memo to UA, if you aren't going to actually block and tackle like it's a live game, shut down the program. What a waste!
