Why is Commack to be blame for this team inability to win a football game, the kid has been giving it his all, and has been playing hurt ever since the Tennessee game. You need to take a look at the offensive line and their inability to stop the run or protect the QB. That was only one play of many

Well I'm new to the zips bandwagon do I don't know what you all had to indoure over the past few years other than what I've read, but if you are a true fan you will gripe but you will still support , besides what else is there to do in akron on a football Saturday than go check out a football game and maybe by chance the team might feed off your energy. If I was in akron that's what I would do. Just by the numbers the kids are putting up shows that they're giving it all they have to give, and they're working with what that've to work with. They are under strength and everyone knows it. I bet I could take akron best 11 and take on any team best 11 and my money would be on the zips.

The fans that do attend the games do support the team, that's not what I'm saying, just the student body alone should make the stand looks better than it is right now, what I am trying to say is if you are trying to get D1 players out of high school to look at your program the fans support will be a big part of that. The team is not just being on the field, it's being in the stand too. From what I see this team has came a long way in just one season from the last two season, and I think they will get better

From what I can see, the team is going all out, I've been to a couple of games and watching and talking to a few of them it's obvious to me that they're giving it all they have to give. The zips are a team of a few, and going up to a team of many is going to be hard to win every time especially when the team of few is banged up as the season goes by. The two games I went to in Miami and in Tennessee they were more upbeat and had more fire maybe because they could look in one central location and see and knows that that was their fans. We talk about having better talent but base on the fan support who would want to play for a school where the fans do not support the team. I'm sure if more people comes out and rally behind the team they would dig deeper and we just might shock the world. This is the only way I can see a quality D1 player choosing to be a zip.

That's why book knowledge alone is no good, you need to know some street knowledge to know you cannot live by gps alone. If you know like I know, gps will put you in a hole so deep you would catch hell trying to get out of it. I drove until my intowishin told me to take my, well I won't say that back to the hotel and I use my gps to find my way back. On my way out Sunday morning I found a shoney's resturant and I made up for all the meals I missed. That was a rough ride back to Florida. :)

, I didn't see one, I saw a Walgreens and a subway, I must've been too close to down town. It was my first time ever been to the area so I didn't know which way was up........

I spoke to a few of the players after the game and these kids are on a high, they do not feel like this was a loss and if it wasn't for the turnovers they had this one in the bag. They are focused and ready to go. We lost a couple key guys due to injuries, my question is how well will we cover for the loss. I can't get to Akron this week, but all of you who can needs to get out and get behind the team, they feeds off the energy. ZIPS ON THE RISE.........

My only low point was friday night when I got to Knoxville about 9:30 after driving up from Florida I couldn't find nothing to eat. I drove around for about an hour and the only thing I could find was a subway. I was very surprise to see where our seats where, row 7 on the 10 yard line, you don't find that anywhere else at any big name schools. I don't know what went down with a Akron fan and a Tennessee fan but there was a point where security had to get involve and the Tennessee fan had to be escorted out. One more thing, if you are a food vender at this stadium you can make lots of money, my wife went to get something to eat and all she came back with was a drink and popcorn, said there was nothing out there. Overall I had a good time.

Let me throw this question out there, how do you'll feel about Commack seeing some work at WR, and is it possible. He was a highly rated receiver coming out of HS before he switched to corner, and if so how would you line him up so other teams wouldn't pick up on h so easily? Talking about the long ball

Best seat in the house is at the game, came all the way up from Florida just to watch the Zips play. It is not too late to get on the bus, plane train, or just start walking. This team needs you support, get here as fast as you can. GO ZIPS.

I am the new guy to zip nation, I was in Miami last week , couldn't make it to Akron this week, but I will be in Tennessee Next week. I'm loving this zip football. See you all there. GO ZIP'S........

. I traveled from Jacksonville fl to Miami to see the game, it was my first time going to see the zips play. A few fans from Akron made the trip. As I watch the game, I looked around and the Akron fans full of joy and the few that was there was loud, this gave the team life and they played their hearts out. Emagine if more people support the team and give them something to play for instead of turning your backs on them and talking down on them. These boys did not quit, they gave it all they had. I think they will be okay, but with a little help from the fan base they can win a few games but the fans need to support them
