According to sources schifino doesn't want to go to akron. He narrowed his choices to Can't state, washington, duquesne or middle tenn state. Since dials is coming he won't come even tough he has 1 year I think akron could've been good with him. They could've had a mac player of the year in schifino he avg 21 points in the big east, and scored 1000 in his 1st 2 seasons thats amazing in the big east. I think he would dominate in the mac, too bad he won't play here at akron. Akron made a huge mistake I think.
