just one more thought:the UA athletic department is paying our bigtime homegrown coach peanuts because they think he wants to be here enough, so why invest any money in dambrot and his program. But without their help and support, this program cant grow to its full potential. Dambrot could get a good job somewhere else where the school is willing to treat him the way he deserves in a conference that will also support him.

How long is KD going to stick around after getting screwed jsut about every year. getting no help from his OWN people.i know if i were in his position i'd be outta this hellhole by now.UA better watch it. they are taking it for granted that he WANTS to be here and is not giving him the respect he needs. we totally got screwed out of the NCAA and the NIT.how can a team have 26 wins and NOT MAKE THE NIT?!?!?!i hate the MAC.

For those of you "fans" up there^ who are trash-talking YOUR TEAMS coach who has gotten you this far in just three years. Remember the Hipsher days when we were having losing seasons every year? KD has made a horrible 13-15 team to a team with 26 wins and 7 losses by a combined total of 21 points. we should be happy we have a coach that WANTS to be here because, like RACER said, he could be somewhere else. yeah, its a hard loss. We think its a hard loss, but jsut imagine how KD and the team feels right now. They worked hard all season to get it all taken away from them because of an unjust call. Its obvious that most of you on this board are just frontrunners and not true fans. A true fan would support their team when they are down.BOTTOM LINE: we should be happy we have a coach like KD who has turned basketball in Akron around and we should be grateful we have come this far.

wow.we lose a game to miami.ok we had a bad game. everybody has bad games. Can't loses to western michigan, they had a bad game. but just because we had a couple bad games here and there doesn't mean our program isn't going to grow over the next years. WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED! we aren't going to become a consistently great team overnight. give it some time, support your team, and stop being so negative.GO ZIPS!
