w00t
you know what? I'm glad we lost. We didn't deserve to win. We played like a bunch of girls with no heart. The only people I have sympathy for are the fans who traveled to see such a lackluster game.I respectfully disagree. You didn't experience what the conditions were like today.I didn't see this team turn in an outright poor or uninspired performance all year. They played with plenty of heart today (Matt Tutich has a concussion to prove it if I'm not mistaken) and most of the players were inconsolable after the game.It was a fantastic season, and there is no other sport where UA is so competitive that a loss in the round of 16 means they didn't live up to their seed.Congratulations and thanks to the team and coaches... especially Evan, Matt, Andrew, and Ossie. johnnyzip84
I agree that we can't lose sight of the accomplishments of this year's squad. Hat's off to all of the players and coaches for an amazing effort all year long Maybe, JUST maybe, the trials and tribulations of this year's post-season will raise even greater awareness to the gem that we have right under our nose, right here at UA.I'm not sure if many caught Dambrot's post-game discussion with Frenchy after the FDU game last night, but he gave a wonderful account of just how greatly he respects Caleb and his program. If anyone had any lingering doubt about how deeply KD cares for the University, they would have done well to listen. It's terrific to have that sort of coaching camaraderie within the athletic department.
