I decided to figure out several different scenarios for how the last week could play out. I’m assuming in all of these that OU (beating Buffalo, losing to Can't), Can't, Buffalo, and Akron all finish 1-1. An unexpected road win by Ohio @ Can't, Buffalo @ Ohio, or Akron @ Buffalo would pretty much assure that team of the bye at 12-6. Otherwise, these would be the tie-breaker scenarios for teams tied at 11-7…

If

WMU beats BG, loses @ BSU,

Toledo wins @ NIU & vs. EMU,

Ohio wins vs. Buffalo, loses @ Can't

Can't loses @ Miami, wins vs. Ohio

Akron wins vs. Marshall, loses @ Buffalo

BGSU loses @ WMU, wins vs. CMU

Buffalo loses @ Ohio, wins vs. Akron

2) Toledo (2-1 vs. WMU & BGSU, 1-0 vs. WMU)

3) WMU (5-3)

4) Ohio (5-4)

5) Akron (5-5)

6) Can't (4-5)

7) BGSU (3-4)

8) Buffalo (4-6)

If

WMU beats BG

Toledo loses @ NIU

Ohio wins vs. Buffalo, loses @ Can't
