What was Charlie rated coming out of HS? He wasn't slated to start for 2 years, behind Sparks, right? Curious to know if he had 2 or 3 stars.
I believe charlie was a 2 star coming out of HS. im suprised that didnt go up since Iowa offered him a full ride a few days before NSD. You know since people seem to think that the MAC and Big Ten dont battle for recruits :)
