Posted March 21, 2005 Report Posted March 21, 2005 For those who didn't see this mentioned in the Jerkin' Banal, Niki McCoy, an Akron signee from Sylvania Northview HS was selected Ohio's Division I Co-Player of the Year! Also, Rachel Green from Canal Fulton Northwest HS was selected to the D-II Honorable Mention list. Things are looking up for the Lady Zips. Not that there's anywhere else to go, but I hope we continue to support Kelly's team, and provide her what she needs to compete in the MAC. Given what Bowling Green accomplished this year, there's surely room for a team to make dramatic improvement in a short period. Keep the faith, folks. Quote
