Game Day Pre-Gaming

I just read over the GoZips.com guidelines for game day tailgaiting and game day features. Does anyone know how the Ohio Revised code is interpreted in regards to open container, grilling out next to your car and general pre-game festivities?I am asking because it seems what is said is way more strict than what may be actuall allowed. I use allowed activities at Browns games as an example of what is technically illegal but still occurs.Also, for comparisons sake, check out these guidelines: http://stadium.gophersports.com/prk_tailgating.html"Tailgating may begin 6 hours before game time, but no earlier than 7 am.
