I would be interested to see some snapshots of the new dorm construction behind the stadium, if anyone feels inclined to take and post some. They should be done & occupied by the start of next season, no?
They are 42 days behind schedule from what my inside sources tell me. NO way they will be ready to move into at the beginning of next year!!

Will it be 100% done minus the team shop? :D

I was down there today .THey have installed the finish brick on most of the building. Looking good.
If the exterior is that far along, I don't know how they wouldn't be finished 11 months from now, especially since it's a huge priority.
The brick is on but the building looks like an empty shell. They must want it to look nice from the outside first.

A good strategy, since they're visible from Route 8 and Exchange. Like the luxury dorms on Exchange, they are broadcasting to the city that UA is a residential school with great dorms and that you should think about moving in if you are a student. It's especially effective when they're placed next to the hundred-year-old houses in the neighborhood.
