reports 6' 9" Mike Bardo of Cincinnti Oak Hills has

made a verbal commitment to play at Akron.

Bardo chose Akron over Bowling Green, Indiana

State and Wright State.

Yep, 6ppg, 4rpg-- maybe he's catching up w/growth, but a 6-9 230# takes up a lot of space, w/Wood dogging it w/rehab, we might need him.

I heard he is tall and very skinny. He will need a lot of work and a lot of muscle before he sees any playing time. They like his height and they think he still might grow a few more inches. He has grown something like 7 inches in the past 2+ years. Lets keep our fingers crossed that he developes.
