ZachTheZip
Begins today with the Zips facing buffalo. There was a veritable army of groundskeepers on the field today equipped with everything from leaf blowers to those broom-and-pale things janitors use. They seemes to be primarily focused on drying out the field, which is strange because it hasn't really rained recently.

Those can get stuck in the cleats and cause players to slip.
RootforRoo44
Great win for the Zips, it's a bit troubling how much trouble we had late in the game (when it was still 1-0 and 2-0) when Buffalo really started pushing it. I dont think it is anything too big to worry about though as i'm sure coach Porter will address these things before the games that actually matter begin (the NCAA tournament). Also, awesome to see Scott Caldwell get his first goal on that free kick. And probably the first time all year that Ampai or Nanchoff didn't take a free kick.
