The city needs a design committee to come up with a suggested theme or some kind of design cues for the downtown area, like there is now on campus, OK Don?!?! I would rather have seen another building going in there than another surface lot. If they need parking, build a deck over what they already have. OK, they got the 'photo' caption wrong and its not new (leave it to the ABJ). Still, their "serious renovations" to the exterior appear to be turning a homely building into another homely building.
