KeeprOFtheHous Posted March 15, 2006 Report Posted March 15, 2006 do you think the field house and the idea of a new staium in 09 could pull in a few serious playmakers? Quote
Beanie 4 Heisman Posted March 16, 2006 Report Posted March 16, 2006 most definatly it will. we have one of the best practice and training facilites in the nation. And with the possiblity of playing in a new stadium with growing program could excite some of these kids and help their decision making process Quote
liljc Posted March 16, 2006 Report Posted March 16, 2006 No offense to JD and his staff is intended, but that fieldhouse is the single greatest recruiter this university has ever had. When NFL players walk in and their jaws drop, then you know you have quite a facility. Of course high school kids are going to give you a second look, especially if they've seen the piss poor facilities that other schools have to offer. Quote

That's why other Universities are starting to jump on the field house bandwagon. Nobody likes to lose a recruiting edge.Which is why the stadium is important. It's the next step but it's a big one (in reference to things that help draw talent in) Quote
