Imagine how far the Zips could go if they could develop their trapping defense to this level of execution: An inside look into VCU's unmatched Havoc defense

Well written, with the writer clearly having some understanding of the game and doing a good job of explaining the key elements of both presses.

Trapping and pressing are all about forcing the dribbler to turn and having a second defender in the way of where he wants to go. If the dribbler isn't turned, the whole thing falls apart and results in a good scoring opportunity for the offense.

Current Zips personnel don't seem like a good fit for Havoc.
