A private developer is building student apartments and retail on that site. It should bed about 450 students if I'm not mistaken and Penn Station will return once it is completed in August of 2014. It will be called, "University Edge". I think it will be a handsome and welcome addition to the neighborhood, even though it is not actually part of the UA campus.
