wadszip
I see former St.Edward track and football standout, and Medina native, Anthony Young is listed as a freshman on the track and field roster. Anybody know if he will play football? He was a 3 star WR recruit who signed with Indiana (had multiple Big Ten offers) in the Class of 2013.The kid can flat out run, probably one of the 5 or so fastest track kids to come out of Ohio in the past 20 years. He set state indoor records in the 60 (6.8) and 200 meter dashes (21.34). He has ran a 10.43 100 and a 21.21 200 outdoor. Maybe he's decided to focus on track, but that kind of speed would be nice on this football team. He was probably too raw in football to play in the Big Ten (even at Indiana) for two or three years, but in the MAC, he could find a niche right away and develop into an NFL prospect. He has the speed and is 6-1, so has good height.Hopefully, Bowden can convince him to play football, if that already hasn't been in the works. Here are his HS highlights (actually not as raw as I remember, reminds me a bit of Ted Ginn Jr. Long strider, not much wiggle, but can outrun anybody in space.)http://www.hudl.com/athlete/340138/highlights/32473375
