Ryno aka Menace Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 Personally, I wanna see more blow outs I think that will help earn respect, when we blow out teams like Buffalo, Can't, and OU it makes people say OK this is a serious mid-major. Competes with the majors, wins against the mid-majors, and blows out the rest. Schools like TCU, Boise, and Utah would hang 50 points on Can't we need to do the same! But most importantly with more blow out we can get our second string QB some experience so we are not breakin in a new one next year against Columbus state. I would hate to have a great year this year, only to take a step backwards next, because we have a key position with no experience. Quote

(lol, pun intended).But anyway, the same jugular mentality that can take the form of "let's not relax and learn bad habits" when we are up 34 points against Can't can also take the form of "10 points down at the half is freakin' nothing to overcome".... and that all adds up to more wins at the end of the season than not having the never ever say fukking die attitude while UP or DOWN in a game. We have to be careful what we wish for. A GREAT year means JD is LONG GONE, and then we're done for sure in Cow Town. Quote
