Ryno aka Menace Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Damn it is 7 nothing, the DB was in position to pick the ball just turn around and attack the ball at it's highest point!! Personal foul killed first offensive drive. Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Oh man. If we don't shut up that crowd, I have a bad feeling about this game. Getsy looked good, but couldnt make it on 3rd and 20. Quote
Charles_in_Charge Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Aleman and Croch are killing the O. Defense having problems on 3 and long. Need more blitzes. Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 10-0 Penn St. at top of 2nd quarter Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 At least we're doing better than NIU. Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 I like our punter. He is looking very good for a Frosh in such a big game. 2 dropped snaps, but still got both punts off. Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Field Goal by Domonkos makes it 17-3 Penn State. Why isn't Igor in kicking it? Do I care? Mabye? Quote
Buckzip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Alleman and Crouch are killing us. Quote
Ryno aka Menace Posted September 2, 2006 Author Report Posted September 2, 2006 17-3 come on guys you can move the ball but penalties are killing us along with breakdowns when blocking on 3rd and long. That was a nice halfback pass! But we need to score when we are in the redzone. Quote
ziptrumpet87 Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 our special teams was supposed to be the weak spot on the team. what's up with that... they seem have the best performance so far. Quote
Ryno aka Menace Posted September 2, 2006 Author Report Posted September 2, 2006 A dropped mutha fumble Quote
fear the brown roo Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 i know w're a better coached team than this. they're making JD look like an idiot. getting beaten is one thing but to piss down your leg is another. maybe they'll get their heads out of their asses in the second half. Quote
Ryno aka Menace Posted September 2, 2006 Author Report Posted September 2, 2006 I am glad we are not out of it only down 2 scores we are still in this, cut down on the penalties, and better pass protection and we are in a position to win the game. On a positive note this is the toughest team we will play all year and the score is 17-3 Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Remember the spread was 17.5 points. We are beating that, and I guess that is OK, but I think it would be a very different without so many stupid penalties. Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 TOUCHDOWN by Kennedy! Extra Point no good. Where is Igor??? Quote
Ryno aka Menace Posted September 2, 2006 Author Report Posted September 2, 2006 Great call by JD going for it on 4th and 7, damn he has big ass brass balls that he let swing in happy valley...hot damn!! Down by a score!! Cooomme on Ziiips!!! Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Crap. TD PSU 24-9. Morelli looks pretty good. This is still his first start and I'm expecting him to make a rookie mistake soon. Hopefully real soon.JD is doing a good job. He must've given his team one hell of a speech during halftime. Quote
ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Looks like Kennedy hurt his ankle? Quote
Ryno aka Menace Posted September 2, 2006 Author Report Posted September 2, 2006 We need to capitalize on the turnovers!!!! Quote

ZachTheZip Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 16-34 Penn State inside the 2 minute mark. Akron gets the ball. Quote
