The University of Akron track and field team registered 10 top-five performances, including a school-record time of 3:11.17 by the men's 4x400 relay squad of junior Miles Baldwin (Cincinnati, Ohio), senior Brent Gray (Cincinnati, Ohio), redshirt junior Alante Oliver (Dayton, Ohio) and redshirt sophomore Taron Slone (Columbus, Ohio), to close out competition at the Spire NCAA Division I Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 13, at the Spire Institute.
