johnnyzip84 Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 I know I'm in the minority, but lately I've decided that if (somehow) the Zips win out (I don't expect this, but you never know), but lose in the MAC tourney FINALS (semis won't cut it), I think they have a decent shot of getting an at large bid. I just have a feeling that the way other conferences seem to be wailing away at each other that it might be tough for the committee to send a 28-5 team to the NIT this year. I hate to even say this, 'cause looking ahead is a sure way to get the team to lose focus. It's going to be a wild end of the season, all across college basketball.Go Zips!!! Quote
