at the JAR at 7:00. A good chance for our 3rd MAC win since we only lost by 6 at Oxford earlier this season. We need it after consecutive blowout losses on the road at BGSU and Can't. Looks like both audio and video will be available on Zips Zone so as a subscriber I will get a chance to see the women in action. I should even be able to stream the mens game at the same time, I think. Go Zips, give the Hawks a big double L tonight !

I'll be at the women's game tonight. It's throwback night so don't forget to wear your vintage Akron garb. I don't have any vintage Akron stuff, so I'll just be wearing last year's AK-Rowdies shit. Hey, it's the best I can do. I'm also hoping they'll keep us updated on the men's game.

Women pulled it out tonight after being down double digits at one point. The 5 Rowdies stormed the court and it seemed the Lady Zips loved it!

By the way, Jesse Crooks scored a career-high 28 points. We're really gonna miss her next year. Saturday is Senior Day and while I can't make it due to work, I encourage everyone to get to the JAR early before the men's game and cheer on the Lady Zips. I think they really appreciated us tonight!

I didn't know until I read in the Beacon that when the Lady Zips lost to Ohio on Wednesday they had four players suspend for team violations. McCoy, Miller, Veal and Harris did not play and McCoy and Veal will sit again the first gam eof the MAC Tournament. Does anyone know what the story is?
