Cicero Posted September 4, 2007 Report Posted September 4, 2007 I live in South GA so direct tv is the only option for me to see my Bucks and Bengals. They have a fantastic sports package. Quote

UAZips Posted September 4, 2007 Report Posted September 4, 2007 Can someone give a serious answer to the question? I also need to know where a good place in Akron is to watch the game. What establishments have the Big Ten Network? Quote
zip81 Posted September 4, 2007 Report Posted September 4, 2007 Can someone give a serious answer to the question? I also need to know where a good place in Akron is to watch the game. What establishments have the Big Ten Network? Winking Lizard in Fairlawn should have the game on, after all, they host the coach's luncheon.Schorcher's in the Valley is another safe bet.I would think most sports bars have the Big 10(11) network..if they want any kind of OSU following.... UADavid Posted September 4, 2007 Author Report Posted September 4, 2007 I called Johnny Malloy's and they do have the game. Room for about 180, first come first serve. He said people line up for opening at 11:00am and they won't let you save tables. I'm interested in sure bets rather than they should have it places. Quote

Kangaroo Craig Posted September 4, 2007 Report Posted September 4, 2007 I just called the Wing Warehouse in Cuyahoga Falls (Corner of Wyoga Lake and Steels Corners). The gal there said that they will be carrying the game as well. She said that if you get there by 11:30 you should be able to find a table. This place is realitively new. I think they opened middle of last winter. I have been there a few times. It is really cool! In addition to the tables, they also have a bleacher sectioin that faces a large, big screen TV for those who want the gametime effect. Also, they usually have some sort of beer special going on. Good choice for us folks who live in northern Summit county. About a five minute drive for me. Quote

Trying to someone to grow up is just as childish What an embarrassment to Zips fans...dude, shut your mouth. If an OSU fan or any other school's fan comes over and wants to discuss an upcoming game, and does so in a classy manner - as Cicero did - why not just engage in good discussion? Quit making Zips fans look bad with your idiotic behavior. Quote

Zipsrifle Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 I plan on watching at a place known as "The Horseshoe" in Columbus. I hear it gets pretty crowded and I'll probably have seats that don't face the TV......bummer. Quote

Class of 82 Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 The Windosor Pub (SE corner of Brittain and Tallmadge) has the Big 10 network and numerous TVs. Cheap brew, also. Quote
