KentZip Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 According to Rivals:"New Berlin (N.Y.) Milford Academy had the top prep player in the country last year with Cooper, a freshman running back at Miami. This year, coach Bill Chaplick boasts two big men in the top 10. "Charles Deas is huge and just dominating for us," said Chaplick of the future Auburn Tiger. "I think he'll be a great offensive guard in college, but he could also play defensive tackle. Offensive tackle Ken Plue has everything you want at the position. He's huge but he also has great feet. He moves very well and he's physical. He could be special." Kerry Murphy is playing both ways at Hargrave. A few other notables from Milford include running backs Darius Kinney and Deries Hodge and wide receiver Vincent Hill. Quote
Zip Watcher Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 You asked a question. The Captain looked into it .. and gave you an answer.Akron isn't exactly known for having the most accurate roster information. The GoZips.Com roster is still dated 19 August, which is before the context in which the Captains information was given (the 22nd by your list). So the official roster hasn't been updated since 19 August .. and there were no pregame notes for the IU road game (to the best of my knowledge). It's not like there was a roster saying Moore was gone and CK was ignoring your post .. the last information anyone had was that he was on the team .. and that is what happened.Threads are RARELY locked here. I bet it's less than 20 in 4 1/2 years .. and there's usually a good reason for it.The Moderators here are all the same. We're all trying to give you a good forum to discuss all things Zips related and get answers for your questions. All for a pretty reasonable membership fee. Honestly .. no one has an agenda here. Only a few people have really earned any limitations or significant critizism as to their postings. You're not one of them. Lighten up .. you're not being persecuted. Quote
