Anytime a coach becomes a coach at the D-1A level, a potential opening at their alma mater will always get people talking.Without getting into another debate about whether JD is/will be/is on his way to becoming a successful coach, I think that a program like Colorado State will likely go after a more experienced head coach.

After the NC State win, JD has done nothing to make himself standout as a potential candidate to move on. I don't see him leaving. He seems to be settling in here, and gradually (maybe very gradually) improving the program.
