ZachTheZip
The Blue Ribbon Basketball Yearbook 2007-2008 is out. This is how they see the MAC shaping up this year:EastCan't StateMiamiOhioAkronBowling GreenBuffaloWestWestern MichiganCentral MichiganEastern MichiganToledoNorthern IllinoisBall StateThey are idiots if they think Akron comes in fourth in the East. On the bright side, we don't have to worry about the curse of being picked first. That death sentence falls to Can't this year.
Z.I.P.
The Blue Ribbon Basketball Yearbook 2007-2008 is out. They could easily win 20+ games even as a fourth-place team. Now Central Michigan second in the West?? Weren't they the worst team in the league last year? Zips fan
The top four teams in the East are very close. I think that the Zips are capable of winning the whole thing but four of the top five teams this year reside in the East. There will be some tough games during East round robin play. skip-zip
Actually, this was about what I expected. Can't State returns all 5 starters.Miami only losses Nathan Peavey and a part-time big man.Ohio returns both of their big men inside. Zip Watcher
Let them all think this .. the Zips will develop nicely as the season goes .. and by the end, I'm pretty sure most of those predictions will be way off.One team among those 4 goes a legitimate 9 DI players deep. 9 that can play .. the rest of the teams are pretty thin really .. especially on experience.
