Nice company to be in, even if they didn't get in to the postseason either. Those other schools would get into a new tournament simply because of all the $$$ they bring with them.I wonder if this new tournament will force the merger of the NCAA tourney and the joke of an NIT to expand the field to 96 teams with the top 32 teams getting a bye-week? It would make sense.
zip37
Hey uakronkid-- if it makes sense, it'll probably never happen-- the NCAA is a smaller version of any level of government-- a bunch of bureaucrats who couldn't find their a$$es w/a search warrent! I guess too many very good teams were left out last year, so they create a new tourney instead of opening the field. If they opend the field it would be admitting incompetence, which they are. With ball ammunition, lock and load, and of course
