anybody else listening to the game? sloppy play and poor shooting. wait have we heard this before? jimmy and ced both had played and played poorly. b mcknight can't guard his shadow. the team has mostly gone to zone, something kd never wants to do. nate and roberts are playing very well and knocked ut's lead from 13 to 5 at the half. ut only plays 8 guys so i still expect a win but kd can not be happy with the first half! :screwks:

I missed the start of the game. We were down 10 when I first started listening. Brought it back to 5 at the half and now up 7 52-45! Sounds like the "other" guys are performing. McNees with 8, Roberts with 10, Nate with over 10 himself. Dials with only 6 and Ced with only 3.Keep it up boys!

Didn't get out of class until 7:45 tonight, at which point we were down 14 and French sounded like the sky was falling. So to me we won that one by 30. As I understand most of the first half there was ugly, but the game I heard was pretty nice. Roberts seems to be developing which is nice with Cedrick hurting. Bardo stepped up nicely on the defensive end. We really need to get healthy though. With Cedrick, Wood, Conyers and apparently at times Dials playing hurt or sick it's going to be tough getting through the rest of the year. I liked hearing us putting more pressure on teams on the defensive end. Teams have been doing that to us, it's about time we give them back some of their own medicine.21 in a row at home. Make it 22 on Sat.

Turning point in the game in my opinion was the two possessions in the first half when KD had them switch to a 1-3-1 zone with Bardo and Wood in. It really seemed to upset Toledo's guards and kept them from penetrating resulting in bad shots that didn't connect. The offensive end seemed to get back on track after that defensive boost.
