(AP)—Syracuse’s top receiver Mike Williams was suspended for academic reasons and is no longer enrolled at the school.Sue Edson, assistant athletics director for communications, said Tuesday that Williams was not enrolled. Coach Greg Robinson would not elaborate, citing privacy laws.Williams practiced with the team in the spring and completed the spring semester. He was entering his junior year.Williams, a second-team All-Big East Conference selection, had 10 touchdowns last season for the Orange (2-10).

1st of all, if you are named Michael Williams, are you destined to become a wide receiver or what?Secondly, we should have tried to trade Harvey for Williams while they were both still enrolled......maybe throw in some cash, a urinal trough, and a light pole to be named later to sweeten the deal.

:D Speaking of any update on David Harvey? Last I heard he was still enrolled in school and his grades were in order. Since he was ineligible for the fall he couldn't play spring ball as well. I was wondering if anyone has seen him on campus and spoke to him.
