Judge Spicer doesn't want to admit he messed up by allowing the Jillians purchase as evidence.
UA needs to take this to a higher court. |

Judge Spicer doesn't want to admit he messed up by allowing the Jillians purchase as evidence. UA needs to take this to a higher court. Bah. This is ridiculous. I wish there was an objective opinion out there. It seems as if those of us who love this University are the only ones who believe that $3 million price was way too much. I wish there was a way for the stadium and dorms to be built with these businesses but deny access to them. I wish there was a way to get these greedy SOBs out of the way without digging so deep into the U's proverbial pockets. Most of all, I wish the entire Nemer family would bid farewell to Akron and Summit county as well. God knows they won't be reinvesting their little "lottery" winnings.
