There is an NPSL team coming to Canton in 2013. Doubt they would let Akron in, being literally a few miles apart. I think it is general knowledge that the Summit Assault have been talking with Pacesetter SC in Toledo, no secret there. I imagine the deal will be done and the Assault packing their bags by Jan. 1 considering the USL AGM was last week. There was a lot of talk about it there and it seems like relocating is a forgone conclusion at this point. Dayton is getting an NPSL team in 2013 as well. The NPSL would be more feasible, although I don't know if the NPSL would permit two clubs so close. The Dayton Dutch Lions owners have money, and lots of it and is supported by Netherlands top division FC Twente. They also have a club in Houston, Texas Dutch Lions.
