Winning brings people and sells tickets. Not ads, or giveaways of dolls and rags, nor any other BS.Commissions cannot be paid out at State Institutions.You cannot give out tickets to kids who are in high school and you cannot give them to people with the intent that they be give to the kids. That is an NCAA violation.Perhaps some of you who have all the answers should quit your multi-million dollar jobs and help us out. You seem to have all of the answers.Here is a tip, if it seems to be so totally clear what should be done then there is probably a good reason why people over a 20 year span have not done it.
